Dr. Shulamit Ritblatt is a leading expert in social-emotional development, readiness to learn, behavior support and early childhood mental health. She is currently a Professor and past chair (2009–2015) of the Child and Family Development Department at San Diego State University. She has worked with community agencies to establish 3 family resource centers in low-income neighborhoods to provide early intervention and prevention services.

Dr. Ritblatt is the founder of Delibrainy LLC and the creator of Circle of Education®: Research- and evidence-
based program focused on 5 key areas in early childhood development: Social Emotional Wellness, Learning Readiness, Academic Development, Family Engagement, Behavioral Health and Early Intervention for young children age birth to eight years old.
