Our customers and associates have spoken and we have listened! As of March 2016, School Specialty Customer Care is now fully back and operating in North America.
Over the last few months, the Customer Care leadership team has been working diligently to make the move a reality and we are accomplishing our major objectives to support the new North America-based service centers, including:
- Migrating Customer Care operations to School Specialty’s hubs in Greenville, WI and Mansfield, OH.
- Realigning department structures to better service customer needs.
- Grouping Customer Care functions to align with leadership in order to create efficiencies and opportunities.
- Strategically positioning Training, Workforce Management and Quality Assurance into a collaborative “Learning & Performance” team.
We recognize how crucial it is that our customers have confidence in our ability to support their needs and we strongly believe that our return to North America will provide customers with the highest quality service. Bringing you, our valuable patrons, a positive customer experience from our North America-based fulfillment centers and North America customer care organization, is important to School Specialty and we pride ourselves on serving you with excellence, always.
