Octavia E. Butler Magnet: A Different Middle School Experience
School Specialty’s purpose-driven brand is committed to supporting educators and students. Over the past year, School Specialty and our Projects by Design® team have worked with the school to design a space that better supports their goals and drives outcomes. Our goal was to support their unique style of teaching and learning. This new media center provides a contemporary, welcoming space with flexible seating options that inspire students to collaborate, learn, and grow.
Items provided by School Specialty include tables and seating from our Classroom Select® proprietary furniture line, as well as various items from Sax®. Here are some examples of items used in the design of this collaborative space.
School Specialty and the CFP Foundation hold a long-standing relationship and partnership, with each entity holding a shared mission to improve educator resources and access to better learning opportunities for children.
